The room was clean and comfortable. Building was in prime location near to malls and restaurants, also in safe neighborhood. Building was also nice in general. Security guard was so pleasant with us. The owner was accomodating and nice. Enjoyed our Alabang stay because of our comfortable place. Would definitely consider going back again!

The design of the room is very aesthetic. This unit is ideal for four people, and I also liked that it has two rooms—perfect if you’re staying with friends and want separate spaces. I was also entertained by Alexa. Don’t be surprised if you say, “Alexa, make me a drink,” like in the picture on the wall—someone might actually respond! I really enjoyed my stay here and will definitely book again soon.

The place was really nice, easy to find and wazeable. The pool is great! Warm water, good lighting - perfect for taking pictures. Cute kitchen with utensils and you can easily cook. Rooms have their own bathroom and an outdoor bathroom too. They even provided shampoo, body wash, towels and linens. You just yave to bring yourself!

The Somerset staff make you feel welcomed the second you arrive. Checking in is always a breeze. The hotel is modern, clean and professional. I love that the lobby is always orderly and that the toilets are cleaned almost hourly (the folded toilet paper triangles show their attention to detail). All of the Somerset staff are friendly, acknowledge you and make you feel at home. The apartments come with everything that you need in a home away from home. The pool is a little oasis that is the perfect zone for quality time with loved ones, a work meeting, zoom calls or simply relaxing with soft jazz tunes in the background. The restaurant overlooks the pool and is a picturesque meal spot. The gym has been thoughtfully designed with all the right equipment for a proper workout. This is our second stay at Somerset we love it that much and we will definitely stay here again.

I especially appreciate the Romulo Café restaurant manager, Efren, along with my favorite staff members, Norman and Marcus. The staff member who cleans my room, Robert, also ensures I have everything I need, and he is excellent at his job.Honestly, I’ve stayed at many five-star hotels in the Philippines, but I wouldn't trade the Azumi for any of them.
