I can’t imagine a better place to stay in Krakow! Relaks is a lovely apart-hotel with spacious rooms and very welcoming owners, who were super friendly and accommodating and gave a great advise on what is worth seeing around when visiting the city first time. Breakfast in the cafe in the inner yard was delicious, everyone was so nice and friendly. We loved vegetarian options and tasty pastries 🥧🍰 Location is top, next to a park and just 10 minutes walk from the central square. There are trams so you can quickly get back to the riverside if you don’t want to walk there. Overall, definitely will stay here again if ever visiting Krakow in the future!

New building very charming apartment with everything needed. Very easy check-in wirh codes. Did not have need to contact the host, he/just wrote me where is the second duvet because I asked for that. I am completely satisfied. The location was perfect - 10 min from the train station and just round the corner starts the Old Town. And the region felt very safe.

It’s fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay - from kitchen essentials to proper heating and cozy touches. The blackout curtains are also a big plus for a restful sleep. It was a very pleasant stay. The apartment is big and comfy. Everything is clean, warm, the showers are very nice and there is tea and coffee for the morning. The city and the bus station are a few minutes away and the communication was very good.
