Staff approach at my arrival was kind and professional. All facilities are clean and tidy. Food is fresh and tasty. Bed is comfortable. It's a bit away from the city centre but buses are available every half hour for €2.5. Sauna and hot tub are excellent. Very good value for money.

Patricia was very welcoming and even had two complimentary Portuguese tarts as a welcome treat. The room was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen and dining areas were bright and clean and well equipped. There is a big supermarket nearby and I did eat a delicious meal at a restaurant nearby too.
