The hotel is so clean, the staff is so humble, enjoyed our honey moon there. The spa piscine are great! Restaurant is great too! Spent 5 nights of heaven!

The hotel is in a very good location. The room has a big balcony with a view of the city. There is also a coffee machine, so you can enjoy your morning drink right from the bed. The family room has a separation between the double bed and the two single beds. The breakfast is delicious and offers a variety of options to choose from.

Overall the hotel was ok. Beakfast is good, it offers very few options but it's tasty. It's in a good location, close to Airport, station, restaurants ans shops.beds are comfy.

This is not my first time in Lisbon, but this is the first time I’ve ever felt the need to write a review — and it’s because this hotel is truly special. It is the first place where I genuinely felt at home, and where the staff became like a family to me. First of all, I have to say this is truly pet friendly — and not just for dogs. I was traveling with my cat, and they provided everything I could possibly need, even a litter box with fresh litter. That kind of thoughtfulness meant so much to me and eased my stay after a long flight. On my very first night at check-in, Taylor welcomed me so kindly and helped me with my huge bags — something I’ll always be grateful for. The rooms are spotless, comfortable, and perfectly quiet. Every morning at breakfast I was greeted by the friendly faces of Joaquim, Pedro, Carlos, and Hilton. They are all wonderful, but Joaquim really stood out — above all he is a true professional, while also being warm and kind, and he even became a friend during my stay. Conversations with him always brightened my days, and he really made me feel part of the family here. This meant a lot to me. Pedro also deserves a special word — he was always kind and attentive, and made me feel very welcome and cared for. My room was cleaned every single day, always perfectly. I want to give special thanks to Amanda, who did it with such enthusiasm and care. The staff always helped me scan important documents (I had a lot) when I needed it. Normally, when I travel, I never really remember names — it’s usually just check-in, check-out, and that’s it. But here, the people made such an impression on me that I’ll never forget them. Overall, this is a wonderful, modern hotel with a great location — safe, clean, and welcoming. And beyond being truly pet friendly, they are also pro human: very genuine, warm, and caring in the best possible sense of the word — a true reflection of the Portuguese spirit.

Really nice place to stay for a quick trip - very close to the airport, rooms are very clean and cozy, and breakfast was quite decent! Staff are very welcoming.

The place has a homey feel, so you feel like you are staying at a house and not a hotel. The staff is extremely professional and friendly! The pool is amazing, the beds are extremely comfortable and it's a 15 min walk/4 min drive to the airport so it's really easy to get out if you have an early morning flight. We had a flight cancellation and just enjoyed staying there to relax in the pool after stressing over how to get everybody on new flights. There is a quiet neighborhood a pleasant 25 min walk away. It was a nice evening diversion and a great area for food. I highly recommend this place!!!

Great location, everything new, very clean.

Everything was simply perfect. The accommodation is located really close to the airport and bus station “Oriente”. It is also 3 mins walking to the nearest metro station which goes directly to the city center. The service is spectacular. They offer fruits, toasts, butter, juice, tea, and coffee free of charge. Even though the room is small, it has everything you need (including the fridge). The room and all the common areas are super clean. The check in/check out was was easy and fast. I’d definitely recommend it!
