Everything about this place is fantastic! The place is beautiful and the beach wonderful and secluded (in May when we were here). For families we can highly highly recommend it. It has a great inside play room that has so many fun things and wonderful activities every day. Outside playarea as well. But the accommodation and staff in general are stars!!! So kind and caring of your need in many cases. We cannot recommend this place enough.

If you choose facilities in this area of Khao Lak, we have to take into consideration that evening venue are limited; in this place you have to Mini markets and 3 small restaurants outside and on the beach there are some restaurants too. Party = 0. Beaches in Kl are for sure one of the best in thailand. The rooms are very nice, I suggest to take a room with pool if you are with friends or family; the Ressort is new and staff is very friendly and for sure there English is far better than in other places

We stayed at the Khao Lak Marriot on an opening deal and were incredible impressed to say the hotel hadn't even been open for a month. The staff were all superb and each restaurant offers something different. We loved the vast beach at the property and the adult only pool was a very welcomed amenity.

The staff at this hotel were exceptional. Whenever we had a small problem, they solved it immediately and also gave us extra benefits for the inconvenience. This is the kind of customer service we look for when travelling. The restaurant staff were lovely and always made sure we were looked after. The food was divine - all-inclusive was definitely worth it. There were so many food options between the three options and over 2 weeks, we didn't get through all of them. The Saturday night buffets were great and a nice way to change things up. Housekeeping was immaculate and we loved the system of pressing the button to let them know whether to come or not. We loved that there was a collection of books to choose from and leave behind in various languages.

Best hotel in the world. We have traveled extensively to many great hotels during the last 50 years but nowhere comes close to this hotel. It is literally perfect. The attention to detail is remarkable so whoever designed and organised this hotel achieved the seemingly impossible . We will be back every year from now on.

Amazing buffet breakfast - fantastic selection and delicious. Very good wait staff, nice atmosphere and relaxed. Beautiful rooms. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite which was very spacious, very nicely finished, clean and modern. Very nice, luxurious toiletries provided (Marlin & Goetz). Excellent housekeeping services. Beautiful clean beach, multiple pools and multiple restaurants - the pizza oven by the kids play pool was a favourite! Great kids and teens club with different activities and fun games. Gardens are beautifully maintained and bit of fun to see the chickens, ducks, turtle and rabbits.
