The sea view room was fabulous. Very spacious and comfortable with a great bathroom. The view and deck was absolutely lovely. The restaurant served delicious food and had a great outlook over the sea. It was a short walk to a little township with other eateries, pharmacy and supermarket. The staff were lovely and helpful in booking tours and renting scooters. You can also rent kayaks (400thb for 3hrs) to go to other bays and snorkeling gear (50thb day). It was such a lovely place to stay!

We had a great stay at Mae Ya Resort and even ended with extending and extending our stay until it was not possible anymore as the resort was unfortunately fully booked. The pool was lovely with a beautiful view, its big enough for 2 people. The whole resort is very new and good maintained. Our villa was spacious and very clean with daily housekeeping. The shower had a good pressure and hot water. You will not find many other private pool villas for this price anywhere in Thailand. The staff was also very kind and helpful. You will need a motorbike as its about 10 minutes outside of the center. A good 125 ccm bike is powerful enough to get up the steep street. One day we will definitely come back here and we do recommend this resort 100%!

This is more than a hostel. I’ve been travelling for years and this is without doubt the best hostel I’ve ever been, just the vibe of everyone is amazing. Everyone comes together to do stuff,talk, laugh… I definitely take some friends with me after my stay here. Highly recommend to stay here if you’re thinking of going to Koh Tao, you’ll not regret it. The beds are so comfortable and everything is very clean, free coffee and water. Also very respectful with other guests, if you want a crazy and not respectful party hostel, this is not your place. If you want to party/or not, but also sleep when you get to bed, this is your place. I felt like home from minute 1 I’ll definitely be back here Sergio

The staff was great and extremely helpful. On the day I was leaving, they gave me a free lift to the pier. It's not specified in the offer, but in the morning there is a complimentary breakfast for all guests. In bathroom there are small one-use roll towels to dry your hands. I stayed only two nights, but it was superb.

Comfortable beds,people respect silence, the clean everyday all day. The fact that its only two dorms make it a very cozy environment where you can easily meet people. It is close to the beach, diving center and the “party” area, but far enough so you dont hear all the noise and music during the night, in fact you feel like in the jungle. Good aircon. The family that runs the hostel are very nice people, they will help you with whatever you need. I staied here for two weeks, and I will definetly repeat.

The place is renovated. Everything looks nice and shiny. Location is good. It’s on the island, so everywhere is five minutes away from where you are. When you wake up you can have some tea and coffee. If you have any questions or need some help, Jesus is there to help you. Thank you for everything.
