Incredible facilities, everything was modern, spotless and luxurious. The Executive Suite room, with the large hot tub and city view, was well worth the upgrade. The rooftop restaurant Bangrak Grill was outstanding and reasonably priced. The token system was also very interesting, wish more hotels would follow this example. Loved the Spa that was open until midnight.

the hospitality of the staff is perfect, they are attentive, helpful, professional, you get a warm feeling and you feel very welcome when you enter the hotel. The rooms are neat and clean and are well maintained by the chambermaids. There is a neat swimming pool on the roof (37th floor). There are also plenty of restaurant facilities in the hotel. The breakfast buffet was perfect, it was all well organised. We really enjoyed this stay and would love to come back.

Location wise (for single and young ppl) is exceptional as it is situated near the famous khao san road. But may opt to go in rambuttri for a much chiller place. The room view is very good if you choose the ones facing the river. Communication between the hotel staff is easy as they can converse in international language very well.

The hotel is beautiful in front of the river.Every staff of the hotel is polite and well behaved.The checking time is 3.00 p.m.But I have arrived 9.00 a.m morning. The reception is so good that they have given me earlier 10 a.m the room to me.I am so happy. Every staff are good and helpful. Housekeeping, restaurant staff are all good.Conceige is totally extraordinary. Conceige is very very good.They are very helpful. One lady name Miss Jay but I couldn't remember her name.
