Everything about it. I couldn't fault this hotel. The staff were excellent and both the rooftop bar and pool were great. Really spacious rooms and great location near both green and blue metro lines.

This hotel has everything you could want. Amazing food and restaurants. Spa, pools, massage, views, spectacularly beautiful building. Staff are so friendly and helpful. There is an incredible shopping center and market right downstairs, with direct private access from the hotel. While maybe not a traditional Thai experience, we incorporated this stay into our trip to have a few days of luxury before heading out of the cities, and was absolutely amazing.
