I stayed at this hotel from January 6-9. I was assigned to room 2110. All the staff were friendly, accommodating whether I was asking for extra soap, breakfast, seeking clean paper money to take as a souvenir, or calling a taxi. Overall I was treated as a family member. However, I would like to praise and give a special thank you to Miss. Riya, at the front desk.
She always greeted me with friendliness. When I asked Ms. Riya if my room included breakfast, she said not to worry. She spoke with the dining room staff, and thanks to her I was able to enjoy a full breakfast and coffee during my stay.
I thank your team for their professionalism, for making my stay at Garden Inn a pleasant stay during my Istanbul visit.

I was impressed both by the hotel and rooms interior and by the friendliness of the personnel. We were offered a free upgrade to a bigger room and very warmly welcomed. The hotel has really comfort and even a bit of luxurious atmospere. Overall impression definitely exceeded my expectations.

The hotel is pretty well located, near to metro and bus station. There is a lot of restaurantes nearby, and markets as well. The staff is so attentive and kind. Room is quite big and so clean. The breakfast is soo god, it has a variety of cheese, veggies and olives. I definitely recommended it!
