We had a wonderful experience at Mercure Bakırköy in Istanbul! From the very first moment, we felt welcomed and truly appreciated as guests. A special thank you goes to Ada Buyuktombak, who was absolutely amazing with all her help and organization — always smiling, professional, and ready to assist with anything we needed. Thanks to her, everything went smoothly!
The room was clean, well-organized, and very comfortable and the attention to detail was impressive. We were pleasantly surprised with a fruit platter and dessert upon arrival, followed the next day by more fresh fruit and even a bouquet of flowers — such a lovely and thoughtful gesture!
The hospitality was top-notch, and the entire staff was friendly and dedicated to making our stay enjoyable.
Bravo! 👏 We will definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and well-managed place to stay in Istanbul.
