Everything. The location was excellent! Right next to the metro station and very close to several shopping malls. You can also find everything you need close to the hotel like pharmacies, cafés, food etc.
I also want to thank the staff who cleaned our room everyday. They really did an amazing job and even organized all of our things everyday so that it was always tidy and clean. Really appreciate it.
I needed a last minute appointment at a hair dresser and got help from the receptionist to find one right away. They referred me to the most amazing hair dresser I’ve been to. The staff was overall very helpful.
We are very happy with our stay and will definitely be back.

I loved the size of our room, so spacious to have a one bedroom mini apartment with a kitchen if we needed and a tiny view of the bridge, but otherwise surrounded by nature. I had the morning sun hitting me during my coffee in the kitchen every day and the entire space, including the bathroom, felt very modern and new. It was also a 13min walk down to the ortakoy ferry stop making travel super easy and a great base for exploring istanbul. The staff were very kind and esmail especially helped me practise my turkish which was kind of him! We ended up extending our 2 night stay to 4 nights because we enjoyed the comfort of the place that much!
