Special thanks also to the cooking team in the restaurant (Aleyna, Yüsra, Beşir, Semih) and the housekeeping team (Nalan, Cemile, Bayram, Ege) for their dedication. The hotel feels new and modern. We had a lovely forest view from our room, which we really appreciated. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The apartment had everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a well-equipped kitchen for cooking. The gym had all the necessary equipment, and the pool was clean and pleasant (just note that a swimming cap is required). Overall, a great stay — thank you!

This was the most exceptional customer service I have ever received in a hotel! I would recommend to all of my friends traveling to the Istanbul area to spend a week at Mavi At Hotel! The rooms are large and beautiful, the breakfast is delicious, the onsite horseback riding is great, and ALL of the staff are incredibly friendly, especially Ali the Hotel Manager. Could not recommend more highly!

I like the staff receptionists, concierge and all, they were very helpful and welcoming, the lovely lady who speak English fluently, to the concierge who took my luggages on my checkin day who is learning Arabic, English.. All were awesome to emer who was very helpful and took my luggage on check out.. Honestly, the staff were very amazing and lovely.. Making you feel like home.
