We stayed as a family and enjoyed everything. The staff were excellent and friendly, the breakfasts were delicious, the room was spacious and comfortable, with stunning views of the Bosphorus. It takes 30-50 minutes by taxi to reach the historic center of Istanbul, depending on traffic. Once, we needed a scale to weigh our luggage, and it was delivered to our room within 5 minutes. The spa complex was also very good. One morning, we overslept and missed breakfast, so we ordered it to the room for an additional charge. We also frequently ordered tea and drinks to the room. Upon checkout, the hotel kindly waived the charges for these orders as a complimentary gesture.

The hotel feels new and modern. We had a lovely forest view from our room, which we really appreciated. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The apartment had everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a well-equipped kitchen for cooking. The gym had all the necessary equipment, and the pool was clean and pleasant (just note that a swimming cap is required). Overall, a great stay — thank you!

I like the staff receptionists, concierge and all, they were very helpful and welcoming, the lovely lady who speak English fluently, to the concierge who took my luggages on my checkin day who is learning Arabic, English.. All were awesome to emer who was very helpful and took my luggage on check out.. Honestly, the staff were very amazing and lovely.. Making you feel like home.
