The location was perfect . Near Galata tower and Galata port , few minutes walking to karakoy tram station .

The staff truly made the difference in our stay in Istanbul. Everyone was incredibly friendly, always making things smooth and greeting us with a smile. While all the reception team and Mohamed were wonderfully kind, I have to say the cats, Osman and Princess, really stood out. They made us feel even more welcomed and at home (this is coming from a dog person)
The hotel is just a 5min walk from Galata Tower and offers beautiful views of the Golden Horn and Istanbul’s historic side. Our room had a balcony, which made the experience even more special, allowing us to soak in the city’s history right from our stay.

Great hotel with clean and modern rooms. The other on-site spa facilities were amazing and the restaurant has great food. Staff are very friendly and speak good English. The price-value is unbeatable. It’s just footsteps away from a popular shopping street. Highly recommend.
