Awesome 5-star hotel we stayed in Kaohsiung during this trip. Privat pick-up service, good space bathroom, comfy bed, good breakfast options, kid friendly, warm welcoming staffs and rooftop pool/ bar. Definitely will come back!

I thought I booked this blue (DELUXE ROOM, TWIN BED) for NTD 3000 with promotion ofcourse. But when we arrived, they told us that this room is NTD 4500. So I was not and am not happy with what happened to us. We had to stay at double bed room. I didn't want to argue because they did not know English and there was Storm passing in that area at that moment. Not sure if it is Booking.com problem or theirs. I would be cautious of future booking with Booking.com

The front desk staff and service personnel were very friendly and courteous. We may have accidentally made a duplicate booking, but the reservation team was very proactive in helping us without charging any extra. The hotel’s service was truly excellent. Highly recommended!

The staff was very welcoming, helpful and friendly. The room was clean, comfortable and with a nice balcony view of the city and the port. the breakfast was really good. We enjoyed our stay a lot. The bed was extremely comfortable. The lobby and the breakfast room were cozy, clean and equipped with all necessary things to have a good time. They offer access to free washing machine and clothes dryer. Watermark hotel offers a great value and I can definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Kaohsiung.
