The hostel is located in the old part of Taipei, where all the traditional markets and ancient part of the city is just a stone away. It might look small from the outside, but I was amazed with how big the hostel is. Equipped with several showers and toilets, huge kitchen and common room. When I checked-in, it was too late for any personnel to be on site. However, they provided a thorough guide of self check-in from entry. No trouble of self check-in.

Location is excellent as it's right near the MRT entrance and on the same street is the local market with great food options. Staff are super friendly and helpful, thank you! We also loved the decor and design of the room (especially having a sealed floor to ceiling door to the bathroom - rare in Taiwanese hotels for some reason!!!), the daily free snacks, their sustainability practices and their free self-serve laundry services. Will definitely be staying here again and would recommend this hotel to others!!!

I liked that it was near the bus stops, the staff were friendly esp the housekeeping and at the breakfast which had an amazing selection that is sufficient to start our day in the city. We also liked that there was a good Japanese restaurant next to the hotel and a 7 eleven.

Excellent location walking distance to Ningxia night market (9 min) and Taipei main station, as well as a bit longer of a walk to ximending walking district dihua street and huashan 1914. (20-30min). Small fridge and small safe available. Breakfast is downstairs at the restaurant which serves a good variety of options. Very kind staff, luggage storage for short time available around check in.
