The staffs were very nice. The hotel is located near the mrt just 5 mins walk. I can store the luggage before check-in and after check-out which is so good and convenient. The room is very clean maybe is a bit small but for solo traveller is enough.

The staff was really helpful. I visited during the national holiday and I was not able to find train tickets to travel to my next destination and the staff helped me book separate tickets to make my trip possible as planned. One of them even went to Seven to print the ticket with me

it is located at the heart of Ximen that makes your easy access to shopping, dinning, snacking, and feeling the life and vibrant of the city all near and around you. It is easy to get to the MRT station with 5 to 7 minutes of walking distance. The hotel staffs are friendly and helpful and are there 24 by 7. We love the concept of the self service of 3 washing machine and 2 dryer with free washing powder provided. it help us to get fresh with clean clothing especially during the rainy days. The toilet outside the laundry room comes with some sanitary pads which is a good idea for female that forgotten to bring their sanitary pad. Level 2 mini bar is a savior to our itchy mouth with many choices of chips, sweet, biscuits, instant noodles, canned soda soft drink, tetra pack of jucies, jelly, tea packets, freshly brew coffee machine (Americano only), creamer, sugar, stirer, paper cup, plates, tissue, hot / cold water dispenser (good to fill up my thermal flask) all provided. You can hang out with friends and family at all the different corners at level 2 to dine, chit chat watch TV programmes with projected screen, lay down to read, spend time with kid at kid corner, etc. It is nostalgic and cozy. The room are clean and neat. bath room comes with shower gel, shampoo, hand soap, toilet roll. (please bring your own hair conditioner). The room area comes with empty mini fridge (for you to store whatever you need from the level 2 mini bar and your buy from shopping), a kettle with 2 cups, some tea packet, and tissue box. overall, we like the hotel and will stay here again for our next trip.
