It is one of the best places to stay while in Kyiv. It feels very homey and the lady on the counter is extremely helpful and kind. I think she works 24/7 there. It is very close to the bus and railway station and it is very clean and comfortable. For what you get, the price is good.

I had chosen a corner room on the eleventh floor so I had extensive views in two directions and a larger bathroom... it definitely felt more like a suite than a 'room'.
I had purchased an option to include breakfast, and having the great buffet there every morning on the top floor with views stretching over the city on three sides was the best way to start any day!
Given the situation in Ukraine currently, having a very secure shelter on the premises was comforting. too.

Concept is good, nice facilities. Very good location. Capsule itself comfortable, has AC, power outlets, light and so on.

All of these units are in a literal sense spectacular. The building is lovely, with a great little coffee shop nestled in a pleasant courtyard. My repeatedly delayed departure from Kyiv, a truly magnificent city, didn't bother me so much, thanks to having this place to stay. Staff is helpful and accommodating. Well done all around.

Due to the massive aerial attacks from Russia, I spent 17 hrs below ground in the hotel's underground garage turned bunker. Although obviously unsettling, all credit must go to Radisson for making the process as safe, efficient and professional as possible. Very grateful to the staff and the property. Will absolutely stay there again.
