The hotel and the staff was just unbelievable! The location was perfect, we felt so safe in the middle of the financial district and this was most important to us as we are 2 girls traveling. The staff was so incredibly helpful and friendly, they helped us out a lot and were always really friendly without being too pushy. I can recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in the budget but get so much for it! The metro is also just next to the hotel and you're in walking distance of so many cool restaurants/take aways/the financial district which is incredible at night to walk through. I don't think I have ever been this satisfied with a hotel!

I loved everything about the hotel. The staff were exceptional and went above and beyond to cater to requests. Everything! Perfect location to get around the city and very close to Central Park. We had a good view of the Thanksgiving Day parade! Walking distance to The Brooklyn Diner, and The Burger Joint (hidden behind the red curtains) inside the Thompson Hotel. The coffee maker was amazing, daily bottled water, and refrigerator. The housekeeping staff was extremely accommodating and pleasant, especially Zuka! She is wonderful!
