Our stay at Broadway Plaza Hotel exceeded all expectations. We stayed in suite #1201 with a stunning view of the Empire State Building and a balcony. Beyond the exceptional cleanliness and room details like the fridge, in-room coffee, and sofa bed for a third guest, what made this experience unforgettable was the kindness of the staff. A special thanks to Mr. Brandon and Lazzano at the front desk, and to the housekeeping team for their flexibility and helpfulness, from arranging room service to extending our stay and helping us book a Broadway show. The staff was warm, professional, and made us feel truly welcome in New York. The hotel’s location in central Manhattan, steps away from the Flatiron and 10 minutes from the Empire, is unbeatable, with everything you need nearby. Don’t miss the great Mexican restaurant, Mamazul, just downstairs. Highly recommend!

I'd easily rate our stay at the Virgin NoMads Hotel more than 5 stars if I could! Right as we entered the hotel, Darnell at the front desk warmly welcomed and, efficiently handled our early check-in. Our bachelorette getaway was instantly elevated when we entered our rooms to find a stunning fruit platter, macaroons, and champagne, ideal for celebrating the bride-to-be. The handwritten card added a perfect finishing touch. Positioned on the 19th and 21st floors, our rooms offered breathtaking morning views of the Empire State Building and city skyline. The thoughtful room layout met our group's needs, with sliding doors between the beds and bathroom area, it allowed our early risers to prepare quietly without disturbing our group still sleeping. Mini fridges were a convenient addition for treats, and the cleaning and room service teams were exceptional, ensuring pristine rooms and providing essentials like towels and toothbrushes. Our pool club experience took our trip from good to exceptional. The relaxing poolside ambiance made us feel transported to a tropical resort. It was a unanimous highlight of the weekend. On our last night, we explored the Everdene, the nightclub on the 3rd floor, and were pleasantly surprised. The music was top40/ R&B/ throwbacks which was just the vibe we were looking for! The indoor/outdoor options were fantastic with the dancefloor and balcony. The drinks were delicious and we were seamlessly able to charge everything to our room. Everdene is a must-visit for anyone in New York. In terms of the hotel location, we were steps from the subway, with easy access to incredible food in Koreatown, charming cafes, bars, and top-notch pizza spots. Entertainment, great food, and transit were all within reach. In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend the Virgin Hotel for a fun and relaxing stay in New York. It's a true gem!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Arlo Nomad! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our experience was nothing short of excellent. When we mentioned that we weren’t thrilled with the view from our original room, they not only listened to our concerns but also upgraded us to a better room without hesitation. Their attentiveness and genuine desire to make us feel welcome truly stood out. The hotel’s design is a masterpiece — modern, sleek, and thoughtfully curated to create a cozy yet sophisticated atmosphere. Every detail felt intentional, from the stylish decor to the smart use of space. It’s the kind of place that feels Instagram-worthy at every turn. And let’s talk about the location! Situated right in the heart of the city, the Arlo Nomad makes it incredibly easy to explore everything New York has to offer. Whether it was dining, shopping, or sightseeing, we were just steps away from some of the best the city has to offer. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting New York. Between the impeccable service, stunning design, and unbeatable location, it’s a gem I’d gladly return to for my next trip!

We had a lovely stay, as usual, and this time did not get stuck in the elevator, which we were thankful for. Everyone was helpful.

The room was very neat and spacious. Although there are no closets there were storage spaces under the bed and on the hangers. The bed was huge and very comfortable.

Location, breakfast included (was so lovely) and the rooftop terrace in busy downtown was just so special to be out there on the roof and have fresh air and nice drinks with snacks out from all the busy city life on the ground. This really made pur stay unique as you do not get many places in Manhattan to sit outside for a drink and snack as we are used to in Europe.

The apartments were very comfort, linens , towels new and very clean , appartments especially bathroom was very clean . We fell like at home . View from the appartments amazing . The staff very friendly , I am traveling a lot but I never saw this kind of sevice from the staff . Every time they are going to help you and find good deal , a lot of thanks to all staff .
