The staff is AMAZING! Not only are they super helpful and professional, but they are very welcoming, accommodating and nice :-) The rooms are very spacious for NYC and we highly appreciated the welcome snacks, as well as water bottles & coffee caps being offered every day. The location is perfect, just 15min walk from Times Square & with subway very close by to access any other areas of the city.

The location was perfect. We walked most of the time to all the important places in NY. What was trully spectacular was the view. We saw Empire State Building from our room and the roof view was even better. Also, despite sleeping in the middle of Manhattan, nights were very quiet.

Loved everything, the hotel was probably the nicest hotel we have ever stayed in. We visited New York to see a family member and we are so happy we chose this hotel. The pool area is a treat and so nice to have in the hot weather after a day of seeing the city. The views from the hotel room, bar and pool area are unbelievable. Staff were so friendly and so nice. The bed was so comfy, really couldn’t ask for better, 100% recommend to all.

Very nice area, close to Metro, Whole Foods, restaurants, korean area, breakfast and coffee places, Broadway. Hotel with every day cleaning, good WiFi and morning coffee.

Great location, friendly helpful staff, great views from the roof top bar, also had a view of Empire State from the bedroom window that I wasn’t expecting. Would definitely recommend.

The location was outstanding - perfect to walk everywhere - Empire State, Times Square, the High Line, Broadway! The staff were so welcoming and we had a lovely surprise on my partner’s birthday a bottle of Prosecco and a card! The hotel has a great relaxed but luxurious vibe and it was perfect to relax in the long area with a drink and a bite to eat after a long day of visiting. There are great restaurants nearby for Korean specialities but also every other kind of food. The free tea and coffee and the welcome drink all very much appreciated.

Hotel was above and beyond. Staff, room, the bar downstairs. Location was fantastic, close to a lot of subway stations. Will definitely come back!!!

although they didnt have breakfast inside the hotel, they gave us some vouchers to claim in a coffee shop in front of the hotel, you can trade the voucher for 2 free items, which were pretty good to be honest, the coffee was way better than starbucks. The location was perfect, two blocks away from the metro, and 3 or four blocks away from the Empire State.
