From the beginning the staff was helpful and friendly. Then we were impressed with the amazing view from our room, definitely one of the best views of NYC. The room was comfy and clean everyday, zero noise from outside. The rooftop was really good too.

The location is perfect and the room, while a little small is perfect to accommodate everybody. We visited the rooftop a couple of times which was really nice. They gave us a few chips to exchange for drinks and the food was really good. The staff was very helpful and nice
