Location was great. We would definitely stay here again and spend more time in Union Square area. We were in Times Square for two plays, so only spent a little time in the Union Square area. The room was very nice. The beds, and bedding, were comfortable. The staff could not have been more helpful and friendly.

We loved everything about the hotel, from its central location to the attentive, friendly and helpful staff. The Room was beautiful, the bed and pillows comfotable.
