Our family visited for my sister’s 30th birthday. The hotel is incredible - and the staff goes beyond expectations. Everyone is nice, attentive, professional and always happy to help. Rooms are beautifully decor dated and the Central Park view is unbelievable. Special shoutout to the Perrine team, especially Carmine, Massimo and Angelo + Victor for dinner. You guys rock! Special thanks also to the rest of the staff for making our stay so memorable and taking such good care of us. Also special shoutout to John and Jabir at the door and lobby. The location was great, and the staff were very friendly and competent. The snack shop onsite was a welcome touch, and the rooms were well appointed, albeit small, with comfy beds.

Great location on the upper East Side. Nice bar and restaurant. The Bertelsmann’s Bar was iconic but very very expensive but worth it for the experience. It has a very quaint old fashioned feel to it.
