The room is big, the bed is very comfortable, the place is very well located close to public transportation and many restaurants/stores, etc. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is bread, butter, boiled eggs, apples, coffee, tea, cereals, milk and jam.

Excellent accommodation. Clean hotel with everything that you need for comfort staying. The bed and the pillows were excellent. The staff are friendly and wiling to help. Baggage storage i bonus plus. The locations is perfect for everything and safe, Unlimited coffee, tea, fruits and cookies trough a day is very good option for the guests!

The hotel definitely was more than what we expected. The staff are very friendly and the room and facilities were awesome. Not to mention the location of the hotel is also the best since it's located in the centre of San Francisco. It is much cheaper compared to other high-end hotels and the price of much worth it too.

the front desk staff were outstanding. The in room safe had been left locked by the previous guest. I discovered this on Sunday morning when we were going out. After asking the front desk if it could be fixed, the individual asked if we’d like it fixed before we went out and within 30 minutes it had been fixed.

The hotel has a great location! When you take the bart, it's like a minute's walk(so there's no problem with the luggage), as well as the cable car. I will recommend staying at this hotel! It's very well located, and for the price, it's excellent! It has everything that you need; it also includes a mini fridge if you need to put water in it.
Some things that are around the area: CVS, Walgreens, Target, a lot of food options, the big bus stop (tour) and many more! Also, if you do your check-in and check-out with them, you can leave your bags with them all day!
