After being scammed several times by other hoteliers in Hanoi, I finally found the perfect place. Beautiful and clean apartment with a luxurious balcony, very quiet at night (very important for Hanoi), luxurious comfortable bed and pillows. The area is especially worth mentioning - close to the old quarter, but in a unique place where you can feel like a real Hanoi resident for a few days. Lots of exquisite coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Excellent location, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Quite a walk to the Old Quarter, but we knew this when we booked. Lots of space in the apartment, very comfortable for the whole family to spend a few days.

Amazing place, super nice lady. Hot water, comfortable bed and really beautifully decorated house. She let us check in early and never rushed us to check out. So nice we stayed there twice! Incredible, do not hesitate to book. Please be kind to the lovely woman who owns the hotel, she is a real angel.

Amazingly friendly and helpful staff, Alice in particular was outstanding and helped us throughout our stay. The hotel has a massive advantage: it is in a relatively quiet neighborhood away from the ever bustling city center, but still not too far from it. The neighborhood is obviously being developed, in a few years this will certainly be part of the center itself. Great breakfast with fresh pho, great staff all around including housekeepers, porters and chefs. This hotel will go the extra mile to help you: we couldn’t pick up the SIM cards we had booked at the airport during office hours , the hotel sent someone to pick them up for us free of charge ! Rooms are very spacious, you can really spread out, and you don’t hear noises from other rooms at least on higher floors (other hotels in Hanoi can be noisy) Don’t hesitate to book this place, this is my third time in Vietnam and have tried many hotels in the center of Hanoi. This is a good one.

I was pleasantly surprised at how great this place is. The room was very cozy and comfortable, super clean, one of the best we had in Vietnam! No smell of any dampness in the room, small balcony, super soft sheets and towels, a couple different sets of lights in the room and quiet at night, in a nice local little alley, so you kind of get an idea of what it's like to live as a local in a quiet street in Hanoi, which was so cool. Even though the bathroom is shared, it's very clean and has a modern, comfortable system. Self-service laundry on the top floor, detergent provided. The host was very nice and helpful, he did his absolute best to make our stay as comfortable as he could. This place didn't have a lot of reviews at the time of our stay and it's always a risk to stay at newly built places but after our stay, I can say I would recommend this place to anyone. Good luck to the host and hopefully we will be back!
