This is a lovely property in the heart of the old quarter. The rooms are beautifully and tastefully furnished. But, I have to say that the best part of our stay was the incredible hospitality and service from Mr. Dinh Lee. From the moment we arrived until we left he always made sure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond recommending the best food and sightseeing excursions. Mr Lee could easily oversee the best 5 star hotels in the world. He is the best at what he does and takes great pride in his job. I would also like to say a special thank you to Henry. He was also most cordial and helpful.

We stayed in a new wing of the hotel, recently opened, so everything was new and tidy. the staff were great and helped a lot during our stay. The bathroom was clean and the shower was good. The bed was super comfortable and despite the hotel being in a very busy area, the room was relatively quiet. We had no problems sleeping. Overall the experience was great! Highly recommended!

Excellent Location in the heart of Old Town. Great value in a spacious suite with all of the hotel amenities we needed. The staff were friendly and accommodated our late check in. It was also surprisingly quiet for being in Old Quarter on a Saturday night.

The room is really clean and pretty. So much bigger than the other rooms I’ve stayed in the old quarter. The interior is nice, bed is comfy and the receptionists are very kind and polite. Helped us with airport transfer, extending our stay and allowed us to early check in. Old quarter can be really cramped and confusing but finding this hotel is really easy.
