The staff was excellent. The room was clean. And the massage was very enjoyable. The room was a bit smaller than I expected and the promised balcony was not a real balcony. But overall, it was excellent. Worth the price

Very accommodating and friendly staff. Du Ngo (manager) sorted a couple of tricky situations for us quickly and was so helpful and approachable. Trang went above and beyond with breakfast service all with a smile. Although in busy Old Quarter noise was not an issue.
