During my time in Hanoi, lived in three hotels all within the same price range and this is the best by far. The location is really convenient and the hotel is new so everything is fresh. The staff (Sunny, Brian and Dinh) are all very helpful with recommendations. And they didn’t try to sell me on anything.

The location of the hotel is very accessible to everything, the breakfast was great, and the staff are very accommodating and helpful to our queries specially Mr. Linh the manager and Ms.Audrey receptionist she even packed a breakfast for us to eat while heading to noi bai international airport since our flight is at early hour.
