Great location in the heart of Hanoi's Old Quarter for our 6-night stay.. Easy to walk to the main tourist sites, and steps to the food and beer streets, and lots of great restaurants. The hotel is freshly done and modern. Ultra clean. Great breakfast available if you like, as well as a downstairs spa. All super good. The staff made our stay even better. So thoughtful, kind and attentive. Manager Mr. Lee and Henry at the desk were amazing -- making sure we were comfortable and happy with our stay, and helping us with a day trip to HaLong Bay, dinner reservations, and tips on area shops with specialities that we were interested in checking out. But every member of the hotel crew was spot-on when it came to great service. Couldn't have asked for anything more from this great small hotel.

I saw a lot of reviews that people didn't get a room with windows. But I was lucky to get a room with full facility and a window. The staff was lovely and booked for an airport transfer for me for an average price, so not too overcharged. The location is perfect. I also saw a lot of reviews talking about the dead bugs or stains on the wall. I guess Vietnam can get quite humid and obviously have a lot of bugs since it's a tropical country, so this is quite common in other hotels in the old quarter area too. With this price, Im not expecting more. The room in general is pretty clean.
