<First Impression> From the moment you walked in the Salute Hotel, my friend and i were warmly welcomed. Every single one of their staff was very well-mannered and eager to help us out with any questions we asked. They even provided us a nice plate of slices of watermelons as a welcome gesture. <Breakfast> the food selections for their breakfast was pretty great. Prepared meals are readily available like a buffet style. You could also order some Pho, Scrambled eggs, etc from the servers as well. some tropical fruits drinks are tasty and fresh as well. <Location> The hotel is in the perfect location where all of popular restaurants are within 5~10 mins of walking distance. The street right in front of hotel lobby is way more spacious than other narrow streets found in Hoan Kiem. So, this was a big plus as well. <Facilities> My friends and i reserved a suite which was pretty roomy and clean. we had a nice king size bed and queen size bed. I kinda wished there was a bedside stand where i could charge my phone when i was on my bed. But, Overall, no complaints <Conclusion> From the beginning to an end, everything associated with the Salute Hotel was pretty amazing. I would definitely come back and book it again for my next Hanoi trip. So, i definitely recommend anyone staying at the this hotel.

Jessica and the entire staff helped coordinate the pickup and drop from airport. They were courteous and guided us to all the best spots to visit around Hanoi especially the best food places. The room was compact yet cosy and well furnished and had everything necessary. Special mention to all the staff for helping us with every query that we had for our travel around Hanoi.

Everything in Old Quarter Hostel are amazing. From the staff - shout out to Nancy!-, facilities, amenities, cleanliness are top notch for me! All of them are accomodating and super helpful. Lee,on duty staff help me to book the taxi to go to airport this morning..👏🏻👏🏻 Highly recommended from me as everything are nearby from the shops,bars, tourist attractions etc. They have free walking tour with Billy as the tour guide, he's the best! If you're planning to have tour out of Hanoi,just talk to Nancy she's just one step away to help you with everything! Good luck and more success to you guys!

Staff were very welcoming and helpful. We booked the family with connecting rooms for 4. Room was clean and comfortable. Location is great, close to hoan kiem and restaurants. The breakfast I have to say is one of the best I had in Ha Noi. Very authentic the way I like it.
