This was our second stay here during the same trip and the room was more spacious and comfortable. There was a minor plumbing issue in the bathroom which they fixed within minutes and offered discounts on airport drop-off and laundry to make up for it. The best hotel staff I've interacted with during my whole stay in Vietnam. Location is fantastic, and rooms are clean and comfy.

This was our first time to Hanoi so we weren’t sure what to expect. Staff were very warm and friendly, and particularly Lily and and Darling we’re extremely helpful and accommodating. So while I give everyone good grades, Lillian particular was exceptional, and should be considered to be a treasure of the hotel

Hotel was amazing. Rosie at reception was fantastic and helped with all our needs. The manager Sophia sorted any issues promptly and professionally indeed, all the staff were excellent. . The staff was excellent. Tracy at the front desk was very helpful when checking in early. She did her very best to accommodate me as I traveled from the Middle East and arrived early. We met Ann at breakfast and she was very helpful with explaining about the breakfast and check-out process.
