We had a fantastic stay at Hanoi Pearl Hotel. The rooms were very clean and provided us with everything we needed. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, at both the hotel restaurant and the reception desk/ hotel lobby. There was a wide variety of food options for breakfast which was lovely. The hotel is in a prime location as it's close to the lake (very central) but not directly where all the night time festivities are happening. In saying that, it's only a few minutes walk away but the location still has a good buzz without being too overwhelming. I lived in Hanoi 6 years ago and chose this hotel based on it's location as it's on a wonderful street that has a good vibe. Pizza 4Ps (only the best pizza in Vietnam) is a stone throw away and Polite Pub (where you can get amazing cocktails) is directly opposite. The hotel's rooftop bar is a great spot to enjoy a whiskey sours or any of their other cocktail offerings. We will most certainly be back! Thank you so much for making us feel at home.

I will always stay here if I visit Hanoi again. Very clean and spacious room. The staff were able to change my previously booked windowless room to one with a balcony at little extra cost. The hotel is close to many places of interest.

What really makes this hotel special, is their staff. Always kind, smiling, happy to help and provide information - I’ve never experienced such amazing welcome in a hotel. Anna and Tom took great care of me and made sure my stay went amazingly. Plus, the hotel is located right in the heart of the Old Town, which makes sightseeing very easy. The breakfast is awesome, with many a la carte options such as pho, omelettes, crepes, bahn mi… and you can order as much as you can eat! The rooms are clean and it’s a great value for money.

- Staff was proactive and friendly - Great location, within walking distance of convinces stores and restaurants - Daily room cleaning - Spacious Rooms, identical to the images - good Buffet with a wide variety to accommodate everyone’s taste - staff can speak English and is easy to understand. - staff provided Great discounts on tourist destinations such as Ha Long Bay and Ninh Bình - exceptional knowledge of Hà Nội - Employees were helpful with carrying luggage upstairs and around - For example, we had the wrong key for the luggage and couldn’t unlock it, so the hotel staff called for an employee to open the lock for us with an angle grinder. - Comfortable Beds - special thank you to Lana and team!
