I like that the staff was always super available both before and during my staying. The location was perfect and I loved the fact that they proposed different activities throughout the week. I joined the free walking tour, the cooking class and one free-beer pre-soirée.
I would particularly recommend the free tour with Billy that showed us the district despite the rain, and the cooking class with the tour of the market before that was super super super interesting and Billy and Lim were fun and great mentors
Now I'm in Ha Giang to start their Ha Giang Loop but I don't have insights to share yet

Absolutely amazing. Stayed for 2 nights in the Hanoi Paradise center and I would tell you to stay away from that one.
This hotel was amazing. The staff were lovely, friendly, courteous. The rooms were as pictured and the price was exceptional. Breakfast was excellent and location was very central. DO NOT LOOK ELSEWHERE.
