I’m here for the BLACKPINK concert. I stayed at the Capella and Hyatt Regency before. This is the last night that I’m in Hanoi. But I have to say, this is the best place I stayed in Hanoi. It’s better than Capella and Hyatt. The room is so clean. The staffs are very nice. If I came Hanoi next time, I’ll definitely stay here again.

I had such a wonderful stay here! The property is cozy, stylish, and very well maintained. The room was spotlessly clean with thoughtful details — from the comfortable bed to the warm color accents and modern design. The balcony view of the lake at sunset was simply breathtaking, making my stay even more memorable.
What truly stood out, though, was the staff. Both the receptionist and the security team were exceptionally kind, professional, and always willing to help. Communication was smooth and effortless, which made check-in and every interaction stress-free. I always felt welcomed and well taken care of.
Daily housekeeping kept everything fresh and tidy, and it was clear how much care goes into maintaining the property at a high standard.
Overall, this was the perfect balance of comfort, hospitality, and atmosphere. I would happily return and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a delightful stay.

We were there for 7 days. The night before we arrived we both came down with bad cases of flu while on our trip. We arrived not well and they immediately put us into our room. We had a suite w 2 bathrooms and a kitchen. If 2 people have to recover from the flu in a hotel there can be nothing better than this one. How difficult our recovery could have been if this excellent hotel and had.not been scheduled for this part of our trip. Room service was great. They offered meals to help those unwell.

The manager tom contacted me before and made sure everything is perfect, When ever there was an issue he took care of it right away, and the receptionist hanna was super nice too, the rooms were very spacious, nice and clean. And the view was beautiful

For the price, it’s unbeatable. We couldn’t stand the noise of the old quarter so this was a perfect and quiet location for us, just a 10 min scoot away from central. The bed was super comfy, breakfast was simple but over all, everything was exactly what we wanted. Thank you!
