The place is beautiful, the design is wonderful, room was big and well set out. Hot tub on the balcony was a great bonus. Non alcoholic drinks in the minibar are complimentary, there is coffee and tea and complimentary mineral water and fruits. The staff is very welcoming, they provide help with everything. Restaurant had great service and food. Loved the high tea (complimentary). We used pool daily and also used the spa facilities and everything was great. From the booking process and communication, from arrival onwards this was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Would definitely recommend.

Hotel was just excellent! In perfect location in Saigon, short walking distance to key sights. Had a lovely ‘old world’ colonial feel but still felt modern, which just added to our wonderful experience. Great atmosphere in 2 Lam Son cocktail bar - a great way to end a tiring day or relax after dinner. And all the hotel staff were so friendly and helpful and made us feel so welcome. For a couple, this was just the perfect hotel.

This apartment was the perfect place that gave me an experience like a true Saigon local. With all the amenities available, I went to the supermarket downstairs to buy ingredients and cooked my own meals, enjoying coffee on the balcony while watching the city's rhythm. The central location made it easy for me to explore the small hidden corners of the city. Unlike a hotel, this place offered a more personal and authentic experience. It was a fun and worthwhile stay.
