Everything - location is perfect, rooms - better than in a luxury cruise we had in Ha Long Bay, Owners - the most amazing and friendly family we ever met. They make amazing breakfast and also opened a new restaurant you all should try. They take care of you, give you good recommendations, communicate very well and quick and even booked us transfers. The staff is really nice and helpful. It’s close to the beach and to the old city, you can cycle to both, using their free bikes. Very pleasant breakfast - I ate so much! Restaurant has good prices too :)
