We changed quite a few accomodations inVitnam during our stay and I must say this one was a refreshment. It is not in the center of Hoi An but it will make up to that with really pleasant stay.
Staff is super helpful and always available. Food is exceptional and changes daily. A lot of fresh fruit as well.
Room was spacious, nice and clean. There can be harmless geckos around which is ok for us, but maybe someone is scared of them.
They offer free bycicles which is ok option to go to Hoi An or to the beach. Renting motorcycles here is also possible but if you want nice one, you need to find that in the Hoi An.
As hygiene level in Vietnam is extremly poor compared to Europe or US, choosing better accomodation options like this one is worth it (for us at least).

The room was very nice. Breakfast was great every morning and the staff were very helpful with arranging trips to places like My Son sanctuary, marble mountain/ monkey mountain and transfers. it was a short walk to the old quarter.

We are a family of 4, with 2 teenage girls - the interconnecting rooms worked really well for us. Rooms were very well appointed with each having its own very posh bathroom.
It is located about a 10 minute walk to the center of town- and we could easily return to the hotel mid-day and go back into town once the day was no longer so hot. We took both the riverside path for nice quiet strolls and the road if we wanted to shop along the way.
During our mid-day breaks, we enjoyed the hotel facilities- there is a very cool rooftop pool and a nicely kitted gym. They were able to arrange for us to do a lantern making class and we really had fun with that activity.
Dining Tips: the hotel has a sister restaurant in the town center, Little Faifo, which we really enjoyed- good food, nice ambiance. Closer to the hotel, we enjoyed dining in Citadel- fusion Vietnamese, awesome service

Great hotel and very nice services from everyone. Walking distance to the old town and free bikes to go to the beach and visit the rice fileds. Thank you for great stay. Best breakfast we had so far in vietnam. Overall a very good experience.
