Kevin was really friendly and helpfully. He gave me lots of information about Hoi An, such as good restaurants and the best tailors in town. He supplied with good travel tips and made stay very comfortable. I arrived in the morning after taking a night bus and it was no problem to check in immediately. I would absolutely recommend!

Great hotel with very friendly staff. Upon arrival we received a free room upgrade! We had a comfy room with a big bed, bathtub, very nice hot shower.
Location is a bit further from the centre, but it doesn’t really matter with free bikes that are very handy.
Staff helped us arrange our activities, so it made our stay hasslefree.

I went with my wife , the owner Mr. Robert attended to us personally moment we stepped in the hotel. The room was very specious and absolutely clean. We were served with hot Banhmi in our room.He arranged for our trip to lady Buddha and Marble Mountain also arranged a trip to Coconut water boat ride.
Our entire trip stay of three nights was so comfortable and it was like our own home with some one looking after all your needs. The location of the hotel was so good that we could visit night market and the river front with all lanterns lit up. All were in walking distance of ten minutes. Did lot of shopping like stiching of cloths etc. All in a walking distance of less than ten minutes.
He even recommended some excellent eating joints and we tried like Morning Glory etc.
On the last day he even arranged for a car back to Danang .

Location is perfect, close to old town. Also breakfast has a lot of choices.
What is nice, hotel gives bikes for free, so you can do a bike trip. Just be careful, breaks is quite bad.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel in Hoi An. The hotel feels new and has a beautiful, welcoming atmosphere. It's family-run, and you can really feel the care and attention they put into every detail—everything was perfect!
One of my favorite features was the stunning pool, where I spent so much time relaxing. The hotel also has a great bar where you can grab drinks and even bring them to the pool. I enjoyed several gin and tonics while lounging by the water—it was the perfect way to unwind!
The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and full of light, making my stay extra comfortable. There's also a lovely little spa, which added a nice touch to the overall experience.
Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. The location is simply unbeatable—just a short walk to the Old Town, making it super convenient to explore the heart of Hoi An.
Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a cozy, well-maintained, and perfectly located place to stay in Hoi An!
