The staff were wonderful, the location great (a short walk from the old town) and the rooms were much quieter than we guessed they would be. The pool was also nice, and free bicycles.

This was my second stay at La Charm Hoi An, and it was just as wonderful as the first. The room was comfortable, the staff were lovely and attentive, and the location is perfect—just a short walk to the ancient town. The breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety of options. I highly recommend!

The shower was really great, it was spacious and the water pressure was very good. We had a deluxe double with a nice view of the pool and hanging leave vines. We were also greeted at the door and offered great recommendations for food and shopping. Maichi villa is located in a quiet area which is a nice break from the noise of the ancient town and was also a short, easy walk from the ancient town. We were also able to easily book a taxi to the airport the night before we wanted to go back.

Hotel owners went out of their way to ensure we had the best stay, time in Hoi An and even continued to assists and help us after we left. Their recommendations were outstanding and the food choices were sensational! Definitely listen to them. The room was comfortable, clean and welcoming. We slept so well! Cannot wait to come back and stay again. Recommending to alllll our family and friends. We rented bikes from the hotel and even when it was raining (usual for winter in Hoi An) they lent us ponchos, umbrellas and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. The banh mi’s on arrival and departure were the icing on the cake that will ensure Lion Hotel is never forgotten. Best hosts ever!

This hotel is very good value for money.
The location is about a 10 minute walk to the old town.
Buffet breakfast is very good. We stayed for 3 nights and they change their breakfast menu slightly every day so the food does not become monotonous.
The staff is very helpful and we are always greeted with a smile.
Daisy at the reception really pays attention to the guests and their needs. She speaks very good English.
She gave us very good recommendations on what restaurants to try in the old town.
The hotel has bicycles that can be used to go to the old town.

The staff is extremely professional they are running the hotel as they are running Marriott, Melia chain hotels. Congratulations to their education and energy. Despite of many places in Vietnam staff speaks very well english.
The location of hotel is perfect just at old town and not busy area.
Breakfast is fair enough open buffet with all needed.
An Italian chef managing Italian restaurant is attached to the hotel. Pizzas are wood oven made and Neapolitan.
Spa was good and competitive priced.
Rooms are having all you need.
