Everything there was excellent!
Very welcoming staffs, so comfy beds, very very cleaned room and nice balcony view indeed. :)
plus, I had got some private problems there and they helped us a lot, we felt that all the staffs are treating guests sincerely❤️
I’m gonna recommend this hotel to my friends planning to go to Hoi An.

Position of the hotel is comfortable. Staffs all are very nice and helpful. Martin, he is the professional reception staff. 2 young staffs for counter bar, they are service minded person. We try also the Italian food in the hotel. They have italian chef!!!We stay very very well here. Of course, we will be back here❤️

It’s the best hotel I stayed in in my almost 3 weeks Vietnam trip. Hotel is authentic, super comfy, clean and just so hospitable. Especially the Spring and An! They were super helpful to organize everything for me. Always checking in, so kind and supportive! I have felt like a guest in their own house. JUST Amazing !

From the early beginning we came to HY hotel we felt absolutely welcomed by the best recepcionist Min. She have explained us details about the accommodation, the centrum of Hoi An, all activities and trips you can book even trough the hotel. The best about this place was the atmosphere. Really warm and friendly. The recepcionist were making sure how are you all the time and even asking how was your day and what's your plans. Besides this, room by itself was very beautiful, cozy and reminding us home. With all cute decoration + also good equipped with AC, hair dryer, cosmetics like shower gel and shampoo, clothes hanger. You can also take a bottles of cold water to your room or prepare coffee absolutely for free.
We really love this place. Thank you! Totally recommend :)

staff was so so nice. from the beginning to the end of our stay they always made us feel very welcome and helped us with motorbike rental, An gave us a super good recommandation about the coconut village. The room was very clean and comfty. Spacious Bathroom with nice shower. Great location as you are in calm area but only a few minutes away from the tourist walking streets. would always highly recommend. Best price-value we had in Vietnam.

The staff and location were great. Breakfast included was a big plus. I had a very early flight leaving at 6am and they so kindly had orange juice and a sandwich prepared for me to take on the road. The security guard came a few minutes before just to make sure I was awake!
