This hotel is truly a resort! The location is so close to everything, and our riverfront view was very lovely and quiet. All of the grounds are very pretty, and the pool is really great, very refreshing after a day of wandering around town. Also, the pool bar has happy hour from noon till six! The breakfast selections are quite plentiful with an egg station along with numerous European and Asian items. The staff is so helpful and friendly and all with big smiles. When you stay here, you also have the services of a Mrs. Sa right across the street, who can do your laundry and set up drivers for you to go to the marble mountains or the airport or any place else, and she can even sell you alcohol. Truly, a very beautiful and relaxing place to stay!

This hotel is in such a great spot to explore the city, has all the checkboxes when it comes to what you expect from a hotel and the staff is seriously awesome. Gotta give a shoutout to Richard, Cherry, Kayle, and Kate - they were super cool and helped me plan all my little adventures. Ended up staying even longer 'cause of how much I was digging it. So yeah, that pretty much sums up my time there!

You couldn't wish for a better stay in Hoi An as the Bill Ben Homestay! The hosts are such a nice and warm people, the breakfast is delicious and the location is perfect! In a quiet street,where you get a local feeling, but very,very close to the promenade of the river - main point of the city in the evening. If I ever travel to Hoi An again, I will stay here again!

A beautiful, immaculately maintained property with a comfortable, clean room, fantastic bed, icy AC and the nicest shower I’ve encountered in my travels. Thuy and her family could not have been nicer or done more for me. I had many objectives and travel needs—all of which she quickly and perfectly arranged. The food and coffee were always ready and of the highest quality and her directions and guidance were clear and concise. Thanks to Thuy I was really able to maximize my limited time in Hỏi An. Frankly, I wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else.
