Everything! The Christmas Eve dinner was fabulous and special. Laundry did an excellent job washing our clothes. Staff went out of their way to assist you. When we called the front desk about something they came immediately! Unbelievable!

This hotel is truly a resort! The location is so close to everything, and our riverfront view was very lovely and quiet. All of the grounds are very pretty, and the pool is really great, very refreshing after a day of wandering around town. Also, the pool bar has happy hour from noon till six! The breakfast selections are quite plentiful with an egg station along with numerous European and Asian items. The staff is so helpful and friendly and all with big smiles. When you stay here, you also have the services of a Mrs. Sa right across the street, who can do your laundry and set up drivers for you to go to the marble mountains or the airport or any place else, and she can even sell you alcohol. Truly, a very beautiful and relaxing place to stay!

Great location on the edge of all the action which means the hotel is quiet at night. Excellent breakfast with a few variations each morning. Comfortable bed, plenty of hot water, friendly, and helpful staff basically everything you want in a hotel.
