The hotel is on a quiet part of town. It isn't in the center of the bar area but it's very walkable to just about anything that you might want to do. The breakfast food was very good and we were really happy with the atmosphere at the breakfast buffet. We arrived quite late and check-in was no problem. The room we got had a balcony that overlooked the garden, the pool and the surrounding rooftops. The shower was nice with good water pressure, space and hot water.

Super friendly and helpful staff. She gave us a city map and spent over 15 minutes explaining how to get around, where to go, interesting activities, and even how much we should pay for everything. The room also exceeds our expectation. Clean, new, and comfortable. Couldn't ask for more from this price. The best part for me is their free walking tour. You get to meet people from their other branches in Hoi An and walked around while listening to interesting history and culture of Hoi An from a local guide. Only paid for the 4 dollar ticket for all the sites.

100% would recommend staying here - Quynh & Son were the best hosts, providing loads of tips / recommendations etc! The accommodation was clean, modern and spacious! About a 5-10minute walk to the Old Town and they have free umbrellas and bikes to use.

The owner is friendly and very helpful. We really like the swimming pool, especially when traveling with family and having kids. The location is quite close to the Old Town so walking around is really easy and fast. Big bed, comfortable matress and pillows

We got a warm welcome from the owner and his wife. They gave as the room early in the morning so we can check in for a shower and a sleep. Later they helped us to find a tailor and to book a cooking lesson. Absolutly fantastic.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The atmosphere is cool and calming, making it the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. The rooms are spotlessly clean and equipped with all the basic amenities you might need. The location is fantastic – just a few minutes’ walk to the old town, which makes sightseeing incredibly convenient. What truly stood out, though, was the wonderful staff. They were not only kind and helpful but also engaged in such lovely and genuine conversations that made the experience even more memorable. location was great, close to the center of old town but on a quiet street which was super duper good, especially after a few nights of hanoi traffic!!! staff were very friendly, and we so appreciated the free filtered water machine so we weren’t constantly going through plastic water bottles!!!
