Everything was perfect for my family trip, less than 5 minutes walk to the ancient town, Hoi An Historic Hotel has spacious outside space with parking, swimming pool and nice outdoor area for breakfast, staff are very friendly and hospitable, room is clean, neat and tidy. This is my only choice for future trip to Hoi An for sure.

Really cosy, comfortable and clean appartement. We loved the location - just a stone's throw away from the old town. It was such a pleasure to stroll or rike a bike to and from. The apartment is on a quiet street surrounded by great cafes and authentic eateries always full of locals. and the pool is such a bonus !

We stayed at Kaia Gallery hotel for 3 nights while in Hoi An and it was a highlight of our trip to Vietnam! The location is perfect. Easy walking distance to the old town but also easy biking distance to the farming village and beach. But by far the thing that sets Kaia apart was the service. We experienced a lot of great hospitality throughout Vietnam, but Emily and Nancy were by far the best hosts we encountered. They were helpful with setting up transportation, assisting with booking activities, and overall extremely friendly! Additionally, the list of local recommendations the hotel provides was excellent! There are certainly a lot of options for where to stay in Hoi An, but Kaia Gallery has to be one of the best available. I highly recommend!

Very nice villa with a few guest rooms and a pool. The owners are incredibly kind and inviting and will do anything to make your stay as pleasant as possible. I can highly recommend this place.

I usually don’t write reviews but this time I just have to. The couple running the homestay were some of the sweetest people I have ever met! The place was super clean and nice, the laundry service was the best I have ever experienced. You will not be disappointed when staying here.

Booked originally for 1 night but extended our stay there as everything was perfect. The room was clean and came with shampoo, shower gel, towels and flip flops. Basic but with everything you might need. The service is just exceptional. Hien, the lady running the business, is super friendly and extremely nice and would make everything she can to accommodate you. 100% recommended!
