The owner was incredibly kind and helpful, assisting me with booking activities, arranging transportation, and even getting me a bike to explore the area. The room was spotless, comfortable, and offered a lovely view of the river. The location was perfect, with everything I needed close by. Great place to stay! Ly's house is just outside HoiAn center, easily accesible by bike and avoiding the constant stress of the city center. She is a wonderful host, always willing to help out and speaks very good English which is very handy. There is a beautiful garden, great breakfast and you can order tasty local food for a local price. The dogs at her house are sweet and easy-going. Highly recommended! Hope to able to come back.

Our host Nguyen and family were so welcoming and obliging. We are elderley, so given rioms on the ground floor. Very spacious, open and clean with a balcony. Just step outside and into the pool. Breskfast was great, whatever we wanted, either vietnamese traditional or eggs every way. Our stay was during Independence week, we were offered to celebrate with the famiky, but had to decline as it was our last night in Hoi An. Property is within walking distance of old town and many restaurants and Mini bar close by.Especially 'Redbean Restaurant' We thank you for a wonderful stay.

Mrs. Phuong is really nice and helpfull. All the ladies staff are nice. The hotel is clean, confortable and is right by the river. It’s got all you need to relax and at a good price for the quality. Also, the breakfast is good.
