All good. The staff is the KINDEST people in the world. I got sick and they shared their medication and took care of me at their best. Their English was not the best but able to communicate. I got local restaurants and sightseeing from them too!
The pool is clean and fresh/warm. The breakfast is also nice, pho and omelette is offered upon the request (free). It’s Vietnam, so the bugs and lizards are everywhere so don’t freak out when you find them. They keep the luggage and take shower even you check out. Two flip flops are prepared in your room and the AC, refrigerator, TV are all functioning.

This hotel is beautiful, it was our favourite hotel we stayed out throughout our Vietnam trip, can’t fault it! The breakfast was exceptional with so much choice. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful with anything you’d need. The rooms are very spacious and modern- from the pictures online I hadn’t expected it to be as nice as it was! Lovely balcony area too to be able to sit and enjoy anyway drink on at the end of the day. The pool was faultless, lots of sunbeds available and plenty of food and drink options. The pool bar is great to sit at to watch the sunset- sunsets in Phu Quoc are stunning! We didn’t eat other meals at the hotel other than breakfast as ate out, It’s a great location, definitely visit Bittersweet cocktail bar over the road!
