The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Tran was very attentive when we arrived and during our stay, she made sure we were enjoying our trip, giving us some recommendations to visit around the island, etc. We had an early checkout and Tran also arranged a breakfast box for us to bring to the airport...10 out of 10!!
The location was perfect for us, a short walk and you get to the main road, full of restaurants, coffee shops, etc. We hesitated between different room types, finally we chose the bungalow up the hill (this means you will be closer to the breakfast/pool area), but other type of rooms seem to be as fine as this one.
We loved the outdoor shower in the bungalow!! Nice touch!
The resort is not at the beach, which is very clear in the location and description and was totally fine for us since we were interested in other activities, but keep that in mind if you are looking for a beach vacation.

Staff were phenomenal and very helpful. Pink at reception was lovely and shared some spots to visit. Location is great, easy nike ride to get to the beach and restaurants. Nice pool with loungers. Lucious property.

This is a family-run homestay. The hosts, Lana and her sister Mai, were incredibly helpful and sweet. The room had a comfortable bed and AC. It was a great stay for such a reasonable price.
It’s about a 5-minute walk to/from the main road, where you'll find plenty of restaurants, mini-marts, and massage places.
The vibe at this place is friendly, with a relaxed area where you can meet other guests.

Everything! From the moment you arrive at the hotel until the moment you leave, you feel welcomed and special.
The hotel is well positioned for you to explore Phu Quoc Island (highly recommend you download the Grab app) and the facilities are more than adequate (good size pool w/ plenty of sun lounges nearby or on the beach, kids club, pool table x 2 etc). Breakfast selection is perfect and you never have to wait for a table.
They have a live acoustic duo playing by the pool each evening (from 5pm) and another band in their High Note Bar, covering all your classic hits, so you don't have to leave the hotel if you wish to spend a nice evening on site.
However, what makes this hotel special are the staff. My wife accidentally left AUD $600 in an envelope in our room and they called me just in the nick of time, and drove back out to the airport to drop it off for me. I will forever remember this and will be loyal to Salinda purely based on this act of honesty.
