A paradise in Vietnam. The Resort is much nicer than in the photos, the staff is wonderful, very friendly and efficient. Our stay at Ancarine could not have been better. The beach is beautiful, the facilities incredible, very clean and complete. Breakfast is magnificent. I highly recommend it. Very competitive prices and wonderful massages on the beach!!!! We wanted a quiet private weekend at the beach and we got it. The territory is so beautiful and clean, feels like you are in the middle of jungle. The bungalow is very authentic, makes feel like we are on jungle. The beach and sea is perfect, sunsets just amazing! Breakfast was very good, a lot of options. Staff very helpful and polite, the service level is very high, also they presented my husband a BD desert which was so nice.

Everything was perfect. The hotel works with nature, not against it. Everything is done so beautifully. We loved the outdoor bathroom, the refillable water (no plastic!), and the anti-mosquito amenities (mosquito nets, incense coils and repellant spray). Breakfast was great, as was every other meal we had at the restaurant - wonderful setting right on the sea, friendly staff, and the best food in Phu Quoc hands down. Definitely make the most of the complementary yoga in the mornings, the instructor is excellent! All this plus serene beaches and a peaceful spa, it’s the perfect place to unwind.

The Bangalow's around the pool are amazing. Very spacious and clean. The pool area is lovely, very well maintained. One little word of caution though, tiles around the pool are quite slippery. The staff are nice and do their best to help you. Breakfast has a reasonable selection of food.and very good. The food in their restaurant is lovely, quite a big choice on the menu. We also liked the location as it's in between the top attractions so you really don't have a lot ng drive to anywhere.

Location was excellent, not busy as it’s quite small really lovely dining room on the beach and all staff know you personally, we will go back .

The gardens and swimming pools are really beautiful. I had the room 203 upstairs and I loved it. Really comfy (good mattress), beautiful bathroom and a lot of space. The localisation is quite good. Few restaurants around. At the end of the road you have acces to the sea and if you walk a little bit more on the left you have access to the one of the most beautiful beach of the island. Breakfast was good.

The property is very nice, big rooms, clean, excellent beach and great food, but what makes this place amazing is the staff and the manager Maurizio, they did everything and more to make us feel like at home. I would highly recommend this place to anybody coming to Phu Quoc, if I come back I will return here. Unfortunately time was limited and we had to go to visit other places, it was sad to leave. Thank you very much Maurizio and his fantastic team for everything!

The accommodation is located close enough (a short motorbike away) from the main city. The lady running the accommodation is extremely kind and tries to help as much as she can. She makes one of the best Vietnamese coffees (even if one is leaving very early in the morning), arranges the ride to/from the airport for a reasonable price, and contacts the motorcycle renting company. We communicated via translation app, which proved unproblematic. We spent little time at the property as we were busy going around the island, but what we did was comfortable and the place has a relaxed vibe.
