Very convenient location at Sea Point. Paul's an excellent host and has a very niiice place. I liked that there's a pool that's well maintained. They have played with colours very well to make it memorable to guests, and the place is always very clean. I liked that they have a bar that you can get drinks from.

It was our first time in Cape Town and the location of this hotel was perfect. We stayed in this hotel for 7 days and used Ubers to get around. The branding of the hotel is so cute and pretty and the hotel is small enough that you can really get to know the staff, if you want. The service was perfect! Thank you, Pineapple House team.

Neil, our host, was wonderful.!! So friendly and helpful - provided maps of the area with lots of restaurant suggestions and also tour/sightseeing information. He was there to help with any questions. The property itself is beautiful - a lovely garden, pool, breakfast area around the pool and wonderful artworks displayed throughout ( he provided information about the artists in the info book in our room). We loved our room - a huge comfortable bed, very sound proofed and clean. We didn't have a room with a balcony but there's a lovely balcony available just down the hall The location is perfect - right near the Hop on/Hop off bus stop which is how we got around the two days we were in Cape Town. Overall, we were delighted with Neil and the property and would highly recommend Villa Costa Rose to anyone traveling to Cape Town. Thank you, Neil, for your warm hospitality

We did visit Sam and his verry friendly team in four nights and we were verry satisified with everything, such high service, location, room, breakfast, pool etc. Its just 5 min walk to beach, and also verry near to jump on and off tourist buss, which we recommend to use every day. I would say its even nicer then the pictures. To be notified we payed for the larger room with own balconey

He gave us a fantastic introduction to Cape Town and provided valuable tips. Brighton and Hamid were also amazing; they went above and beyond to help us plan our entire itinerary, making our trip seamless and enjoyable. The room itself was a masterpiece. It's truly one of the best we've ever stayed in—the cleanliness and design were breathtaking. It was spacious, bright, and elegantly designed, with an impressive attention to detail. The area felt very safe, and the hotel's location is perfect, with easy access to everything we wanted to see. In short, this is one of the best hotel experiences we've had in Cape Town.
